Waiting State of Validator
A waiting validator is a validator in a blockchain network who is waiting to be selected to validate transactions and create new blocks. In a proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, validators are chosen to validate transactions and create new blocks based on the amount of cryptocurrency they hold and are willing to "stake" as collateral.
A waiting validator is a validator who has staked a certain amount of cryptocurrency but has not yet been selected to participate in the validation process. They may be waiting for the next round of selection, or for their staked amount to reach a threshold that qualifies them for selection.
In some cases, a waiting validator may be a validator who has been temporarily removed from the active validator set due to misbehavior or other issues. They may be waiting to be re-elected or to regain their reputation in order to become an active validator again.
It's important to note that, waiting validators play an important role in the security and decentralization of the blockchain network, as they may be selected to validate transactions and create new blocks in the future and they have an incentive to maintain the integrity of the network.
