Validators
Validators are nodes in a blockchain network that are responsible for validating transactions and maintaining the integrity of the blockchain. They do this by participating in the consensus mechanism of the blockchain and verifying that transactions adhere to the network's rules and protocols. They are also responsible for adding new blocks to the blockchain.
In return for their role in securing the network, validators are typically rewarded with cryptocurrency. In the context of a public blockchain such as Ethereum or Bitcoin, validators are typically anonymous individuals or entities that run the software required to participate in the consensus process on their own computers
