What is Vine?

Vine is a Layer 0 blockchain protocol built in Rust that provides the foundation for a scalable, secure, and interoperable blockchain ecosystem.

As a Layer 0 solution, Vine serves as the base infrastructure layer that enables multiple Layer 1 blockchains (parachains) to operate in parallel while sharing security and cross-chain communication capabilities.
